PARR was recognized as a Top Place to Work in the 12th Annual Oregonian Survey.

According to The Oregonian survey, PARR has been named one of the top places to work. The newspaper partnered with Philadelphia-based Energage to determine the area’s top workplaces. Energage administered the surveys, using the results to rank employers.

With immense enthusiasm and excitement, we’re delighted to share that PARR has again achieved the prestigious recognition of being a Top Place to Work by the Oregonian/OregonLive for the second consecutive year!

Earning the remarkable position of #4, this accolade results from an anonymous employee feedback survey that evaluated various aspects of our workplace, including salary, benefits, company ethos, and leadership.

This survey, open to businesses in Oregon and SW Washington, is truly esteemed, as it derives from employee input and reflects our commitment to a culture that puts employees first.

We extend our sincere gratitude to all our employees for their ongoing efforts in making PARR the exceptional workplace it is today!
